White tea, two leaves and a bud plucked only from Camellia Sinensis during summer, in the most remote segregate areas of Tea Garden, surrounded by the primary forest. It is therefore the ideal anti-aging tea, relaxing your body, mind and spirit. Enjoy it after 5 p.m. in the evening.
Testing Notes :
The delicate light green leaves are whole with a perfect fluffy bud. Once brewed the liquor is of the palest apple green almost white, the aroma is that of soft peony and mown hay and on the palate it is slightly sweet with a well-rounded balance of gooseberry and honey.
Darjeeling Moonshine White Tea
The leaves remain intact even as they are infused for the brew. This specialty tea is made in very small batches using only most experienced tea pickers. It is manufactured with extreme care in a process similar to a White Tea that preserves all its health giving properties. Though closest to a white tea, it almost defies classification. The cup is a clear bright lemon in color, light and subtle on the palate with floral and citrus undertones.

Floral top notes develop into complex citrus fruit flavors, ending with just a hint of cool mint.
Darjeeling Silver Needle White Tea
This rare White Tea is made in midsummer over just a couple of days each year, when the silvery green buds are about to unfold. Silver Needle is a world-famous Chinese white tea that is highly prized because it is made from only the whole young buds, requiring expert picking and delicate processing. The silvery velvety appearance comes from fine white pubescence on the underside of each leaf bud. The careful preservation of this texture by most experienced tea pickers, follows through to the subtle flavor of the cup. The liquor is very light with delicate undertones and a crisp finish.
