The olfactory senses are accorded the ultimate fusion of mangoes with the subtleties of frangipani. The liquor is like an elixir-smooth, rounded, sapphire gold-all seamlessly fusing the undertones of velvet dark earth and silver streaks of the full moon and the magic of the cosmic collusions under its moonbeams.
Organic Darjeeling Oolong Tea
This special Oolong from Darjeeling Hills is a mild semi-fermented between a black and a green tea. Due to its digestive properties is ideal to be sipped one hour after lunch.
Testing Notes :
This is a highly aesthetically pleasing tea, with large uncut green/bluish leaves. The clear liquor is of amber almost like nectar. When you breathe in through your nose, inhale the heady aroma of forest fire after a light rain, easing off to a refreshingly smoky feel to the palate.
Chocolatey Oolong
Darjeeling oolong is made in very small batches towards the close of the season, using only our most experienced tea pickers. The cup complex, fruity and sweet. The ultimate "whole leaf" tea, the leaf remains intact and unbroken right through to the infusion. The leaves are lightly oxidized, giving a light amber cup with sweet floral high notes and a long finish with hints of jasmine, peach and apricot. Expertly made, this exquisite tea is a fine balance of smooth taste and flavor.
Testing Notes :
A smooth, medium-heavy mouth feel. The taste is complex and fruity with hints of berry and sweet honey.
